lavender farm #2 - 2011-01-23 10:57:07
| i hadn't planned on doing a series from this roll taken at the lavender farm and a few other places on Vancouver Island but i looked at the images again from this roll and thought well why not. again it's not my best work but i haven't got any new material to post right now - and it seems like most are welcoming the idea of a few summer shots. yesterday we had a chinook wind finally blow in and our temperatures got to above 0 C. it was like a taste of spring - a teaser - but a very welcome reprieve from our cold snap. it's fiercely windy out there today but i don't care - it's nice to have some sun and warmth and not blizzard - so i'll head down to the river for the first walk in far too many weeks. |
